at the same time, i was chatting wif my fren who noes my cousin. so i asked him wat's my cousin's number. he answered dat he only noes the old hp number. haha. 水落石出！case solved! so wat i had been thinking is right, i was thinking dat my cousin and his fren gang up to play a prank on me. so...

一篇感想：


距离，总是一堵无形的墙，很高，很厚。

though i m quite lazy to update recently, but i think i mus note down something for me to remember as one of my memories. which is ... visiting kbox for the first time of my life.(on fri 10aug07)
the first time i sing infront of other ppl, and poor er zi and qing ai de had to bear wif my uhum.. broken voice. haha. =p
i noe it is no big deal, but to me, it is unusual. especially when going wif er zi and qing ai de. haha

exams r coming and i dun hav the mood to study, which is really very bad. wat can i do, my eyelids turn heavy the moment i take out my notes. haiz.
i really hate the hack-care-me.

studying for physio exam which falls on 7th aug, which is next tues. a total of 9 chapters!!! omg, how m i suppose to memorise so much stuffs. the scientific terms itself is damn hard to rmb.
let's see an example:

*mechanism of non-sterois hormone actions
-non steroid hormone binds to receptors on the cell surface
-sets off aseries of reactions to activate an enzyme
-enzyme catalysts the conversion of ATP(andenosine tripple phosphate) to cAMP(cyclic andenosine mono phosphate), a second messenger
-cAMP then acts on other cellular proteins which cause the hormonal effect.
*mechanism of steroid hormone action
-lipid soluble hormone pass through the cell membrane
-enter the nucleus
-binds to specific receptor protein
-hormone receptor complex binds to DNA
-activate certain genes to transcribe mRNA
-mRNA gets translated to new proteins
-proteins stimulate the changes in the cell activities.

this is only 1% of wat i m going to study...who cares how the hormones inside our body work actually.

i m really going to curse the guy who REQUESTED for the structure essay qns in our exam!!
originally, the exam consists only mcq and fill-in-the-blanks qns, then this xxxxxxxx boy went to request for seq. wth. and the reason is bcos, he always pon physio, and he noe nth for this module, since he noes he will do badly in his exam, he wanna make the exam difficult for all students, then he will hav ppl to "accompany" him failing. this is so absurd...really wanted to 'murder' him...hahaaha

anterior pituitary gland produces--> human growth hormone, luteinising hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, prolactin, andrenocorticotropic hormone, thyroid stimulating hormone.
hypothalamus produces--> oxytoxin, anti-diuretic hormone, and these r stored in posterior pituitary gland for secretion.
pancreas produces--> insulin, glucagon

went to watch "alone" in orchard le, the storyline is gd, but somehow i find it not scary enough to freak me out....>.<

i feel sorry for the poor twin sisters. the twist in the movie made it unpredictable and worth the $6.50.haha


oh ya, the funniest part is not the movie itself, but one of the audience. this guy who was sitting at one far end of the cinema, started saying rude words when the 'ghost' is going to appear. he said the rude words so loud that everybody could hear, then with a loud sound effect, i could hear the guy screaming. and laughter filled the cinema jus bcos of him. he sounded so gayish when he screamed. swt...

then had pizza as our lunch, $77.90 for 7 ppl, consider ok bah. but i still spent a lot...><

played in arcade oso, wow, it's fun+exciting!! so long nv go arcade le...

walked around the shopping centres there to hav some window shopping b4 going back home.

hm... i cant rmb how many lectures i hav skipped by now, i noe is quite a lot. sometimes (like today) i will feel bad for myself, but not regretted, ahah. lectures r ending, so seems to be quite free these days, except for a test tmr and physio exam next tues, =x
today jus got a microbio pract test, is abt staining the cells given. i couldn't see the cells through the microscope at first, and the time was left wif 10min, i started to panic. then i decided to anyhow write down the characteristics of the cells, so i did.
5min to the end of the test, i retried to look through the lens and finally found the cells. the funny part is that, the cells had all the characteristics of wat i wrote earlier on^^, nah, my 6th sense is not that bad. hahha.
tmr test starts at 9am, ends 50min later. that's all for tmr's lessons. ^^
will be going to watch "alone" wif my friends, they say it is a super horror movie......which is my cup of tea ^^ is it pervert to like horror movies?
finally found ppl who dare to watch these type of movies wif me.

everybody is talking abt u noe wat today. the last bk jus came out 2 days ago, and some of my classmates are having storytelling sessions since they hav finished reading. the lecture hall has never been so noisy before, i doubt there is anyone listen to the poor lecturer.=x
jus took ipc pract test, hm... the gal besides me actually feeling dizzy bcos she was too nervous, thus, the lab instrutor sent her off. the test is a simple one, is quite like wat we did in secondary sch, mr ng had been such a gd teacher, the skills he taught is impt for dis module. haha.
nth much to say now.
